Quinn Paulson

Quinn graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA Honors in Kinesiology and Physical Education; he completed his MSc Physiotherapy with Distinction at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Quinn has experience in treating patients with various types of orthopaedic and sports related injuries ranging from simple sprains and strains to post-operative procedures. With his strong academic background and clinical experience, Quinn‘s treatment philosophy uses manual therapy techniques, corrective exercises, and patient education to work towards achieving patient-centred goals. Being an avid golfer and experiencing sport related injuries himself, he has a keen interest in sports medicine and getting athletes performing their best.
As a practitioner, Quinn believes strongly that a successful treatment plan is created through collaboration with both patient and physiotherapist. He is committed to individualized, one-on-one treatment plans and developing programs that aim not only to reduce pain and improve function, but also give his patients the tools and education to maintain their health once they have finished their care at the clinic.

Alyssa Brunt

Alyssa is a busy & fun-loving physiotherapist who completed her Masters in Physical Therapy degree from Queen’s University in 2017. Prior to this, Alyssa graduated with Honours from Queen’s, majoring in Kinesiology. As an athlete herself, Alyssa has always had a passion for health and physical well-being. She strives to encourage healthier lifestyles amongst her patients and is committed to helping individuals move and feel their best. Since 2018, Alyssa has taken specialized training to treat and support women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction. She has certifications in treating pregnancy, pelvic girdle pain and advanced pelvic pain, cesarean birth, labor & delivery support, and female and male urinary incontinence. Alyssa also has her doula birth training and uses various evidence-based treatment modalities, including manual therapy, taping techniques, exercise prescription and more to help patients feel comfortable throughout their pregnancy and prepare themselves for birth and delivery. In 2019, Alyssa became a published author with the Journal of Clinic Medicine and spoke at the World Conference of Physical Therapy in Geneva, Switzerland. She is also a writer with the Women’s Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. In 2024, she did her Lagree Method Instructor training to start incorporating this highly specialized mode of pilates into her practice for all her patients. Sydney Haslam
Sydney is a physiotherapy assistant offering Lagree Physio Rehabilitation. Her passion for fitness led to her instructing group boxfit classes at Studio KO. She also completed her Poliquin Group Personal Training certification and became a certified Lagree Fitness Instructor in 2019. Sydney is thrilled to be working with Kate’s clients to build their strength and core using the Lagree Method as a part of the FIXT team. She is also a Canadian actor and singer. She holds a Masters in Musical Theatre from NYU and a BFA in Acting from the University of Windsor. Sophie Koladich
Sophie Koladich holds a BA in Kinesiology and Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario. As a former track and field athlete, she has an extensive background in strength and conditioning and has combined this experience with her formal education focused on manual therapy and pain science. Sophie’s approach to physiotherapy care focuses on patient education, hands-on tissue care, strength, and mobility. Sophie has a passion for weightlifting and group fitness, which has led her to becoming a certified Lagree pilates instructor. In this role she provides group classes and private sessions, as well as integrates pilates into physiotherapy treatments for injury recovery and prevention. With a presence that exudes passion and knowledge, Sophie always looks to provide her patients with the tools they need to reach their full physical potential in and out of the clinic.

Dr. Lindsay Voigt
Dr. Lindsay Voigt has over 14 years of experience as a chiropractor.
She obtained her doctorate in 2007 from the Canadian Chiropractic College at Toronto, Ontario. In 2008, Dr. Voigt graduated from McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program, and studied Active Release Technique (A.R.T) protocols. Her clinical interests include biomechanical assessments, soft tissue therapies, and exercise prescription, which led her to specialize in Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). In addition, she is certified in the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS-Part A), and Anatomy Trains.
Dr. Voigt is a licensed member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and a member of Ontario Chiropractic Association.

Kate Roddy
Kate Roddy graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BSc. in Kinesiology. She completed her Masters of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. She has also graduated from McMaster’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program. She is a certified pelvic physiotherapist, having completed courses with Pelvic Health Solutions in 2018. She previously worked at the Granite Club and the Toronto Athletic Club treating every level of athlete from weekend warrior to professionals in the NBA and NHL. Living with an injury is no way to live. Working with Kate will be like living in a new body.
