Sophie Koladich holds a BA in Kinesiology and Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario. As a former track and field athlete, she has an extensive background in strength and conditioning and has combined this experience with her formal education focused on manual therapy and pain science. Sophie’s approach to physiotherapy care focuses on patient education, hands-on tissue care, strength, and mobility.  Sophie has a passion for weightlifting and group fitness, which has led her to becoming a certified Lagree pilates instructor. In this role she provides group classes and private sessions, as well as integrates pilates into physiotherapy treatments for injury recovery and prevention.  With a presence that exudes passion and knowledge, Sophie always looks to provide her patients with the tools they need to reach their full physical potential in and out of the clinic.

Sydney is a physiotherapy assistant offering Lagree Physio Rehabilitation. Her passion for fitness led to her instructing group boxfit classes at Studio KO. She also completed her Poliquin Group Personal Training certification and became a certified Lagree Fitness Instructor in 2019. Sydney is thrilled to be working with Kate’s clients to build their strength and core using the Lagree Method as a part of the FIXT team. She is also a Canadian actor and singer. She holds a Masters in Musical Theatre from NYU and a BFA in Acting from the University of Windsor. Sydney has been featured as Catherine Greenwood in See No Evil (Discovery Channel), Dana Laskowski in An Unexpected Killer (NBC Universal) and Patricia on Workin’ Moms (CBC Gem).

Dr. Kaileigh Mapson has a passion for health, movement, and helping people recover from injuries so they can feel their best every day. With over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness space, her love of sports like soccer and figure skating growing up inspired her to become a chiropractor.

She loves running, strength training, and Lagree. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her out at a run club, trying a new class, or getting coffee with friends! Originally from BC, Kaileigh grew up hiking, skiing and kayaking but has fully embraced Toronto’s lively, active city lifestyle. She can’t wait to help you feel strong and ready to take on whatever moves you!

Kate Roddy graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BSc. in Kinesiology. She completed her Masters of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. She has also graduated from McMaster’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program. She is a certified pelvic physiotherapist, having completed courses with Pelvic Health Solutions in 2018. She previously worked at the Granite Club and the Toronto Athletic Club treating every level of athlete from weekend warrior to professionals in the NBA and NHL. Living with an injury is no way to live. Working with Kate will be like living in a new body.
